“I could write for days..but I’ll try to make it short lol. Allison is not a one size fits all type of trainer. She 100% takes the time to know and learn about each of her clients while keeping their strengths, weaknesses, and health history in mind. Even in a group setting, she sees you as an individual, she will push YOU to YOUR full potential in the safest most effective way possible. She is definitely tough!.. but is also down to earth and FUN! She is always willing to answer questions, check in with you and encourage you. I can’t say enough about the positive influence Allison has had on me and my life. Even when life happens and I fall off- she always welcomes me back with open arms and helps me get back into the mindset she knows I’m capable of. I 100% trust her guidance, training, feedback and recommend ALL things Allison !! Whether it be virtual or in person – her methods work wonders and create the changes we all want for ourselves. Allison has made a major impact on my physical health and mental health really. She has a kind, laid back approach BUT still holds you accountable. Her workouts are killer every single time. She communicates with me outside of our workout session which is super important to me because it holds me accountable outside of her workouts and with the 6 other movement steps. She checks in and cares about her team which makes a world of difference because there’s a lot more to getting “fit” than the workouts and Allison has mastered how to coach her team through it as simple as possible. She also answers all of my questions and I always have a lot. She’s helped me through my foot “injury” as well.

Allison (and her Movement) is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I joined the Movement early 2017 and began learning more about Allison and her workouts. I occasionally took classes and started to get to know the other members and Allison more personally. She never once pressured me to join or push beyond what I could do, and was always unbelievably welcoming and kind. Whatever I needed, Allison offered advice, tips, and a helping hand. She took the (very long) time to get to know about me, my history, my current situation, and my future goals. No one has ever showed so much concern and compassion towards helping me like she did.
I then joined the Movement full-time in May 2017, and it was the best decision I have made – for my body, mind, and heart. Allison takes an overall approach to fitness and health. She introduced me to the pH miracle, Chalene Johnson, showed me countless new activities and exercises in the gym, and has become one of my closest friends. She is not a trainer that only works on losing weight or “getting fit” – she cares about each and every person, incorporates nutrition, mentality, holistic practices, and an overall sense of well-being. In addition, she is always trying to learn more and do more to help every one of her clients. I have never met a trainer or individual that is as committed, dedicated, and loving as Allison.
I have made great progress working with her. At the beginning, in 3 days, I lost 5 pounds. I have continued to lose weight with her suggestions, and work to get healthier and improve myself every day. Allison is always there, encouraging me, and I know she will continue to be there for me for years to come. I cannot ever say enough about how wonderful Allison and the Movement are.
